A minimal data footprint. Zero proprietary code collection.
This policy explains how data is handled across website browsing, inquiry form submissions, meeting bookings, and direct correspondence.
Browsing the website
The LegacyExodus marketing website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party behavioral analytics.
A single local browser key (legacyexodus-theme) stores your chosen Dark or Light theme preference in localStorage. This value remains purely on your client device and is never transmitted to our servers. If browser storage is disabled or unavailable, the site automatically defaults to Dark theme.
Web fonts are self-hosted from this origin. Cloudflare Pages provides static hosting; Cloudflare may log standard HTTP request metadata (such as IP address and user-agent) to deliver content and defend against denial-of-service attacks in accordance with its privacy policy.
Inquiries & meeting scheduling
Contact form submissions (Formspree)
When you submit an enterprise modernization inquiry via our Contact form, your name, corporate email address, organization name, codebase scope, and message are securely processed by Formspree and transmitted to our founding team. Formspree acts as a data processor for the sole purpose of routing inquiries.
Discovery call bookings (Cal.com)
When you schedule a technical briefing or intro call through our integrated Cal.com scheduler (or direct booking links), your name, email address, notes, and selected meeting slot are processed by Cal.com to coordinate calendar availability and send calendar invitations.
Direct email correspondence (Zoho Mail)
If you send an email directly to any of our founding team addresses (*@legacyexodus.dev), your message and contact details are delivered to our business mailboxes hosted on Zoho Mail. We use this information exclusively to reply to your inquiry.
Strict exclusion of proprietary source code
LegacyExodus does NOT accept, collect, store, or process proprietary source code through this marketing website.
Do not submit proprietary repository code, API secrets, database credentials, or sensitive internal data through the contact form or email. Formal pilot evaluations and code analyses are conducted strictly under mutual agreements using our local-first, on-premises CLI tooling.
Core static analysis executes entirely on your local workstation or private CI runners. No proprietary source code is uploaded to cloud services or external models by the analyzer. Any optional future remote AI capabilities (such as Claude or alternative LLM gateways) will operate solely under explicit customer opt-in, bounded context contracts, and formal authorization—never through implicit collection via this website.
